Documents can be submitted at sign-up or later, but they are required before you can schedule classes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Nothing, until you earn. Registration is free, with no monthly fees and no fixed costs. We only charge a 15% commission on each confirmed class, shown transparently at the moment you create the class.
Yes, fully. You set the price, schedule, capacity and requirements for each class. The only rule is that you can’t change the price or essential conditions of a class with confirmed bookings without the participants’ agreement.
Students pay through the app and your balance updates after each completed class. You request a withdrawal in the app, issue an invoice for the net amount, and receive payment by bank transfer within 7 business days after validation. You can check all amounts in your history.
It depends on your activity, location, pricing and the quality of your profile (photos, descriptions, reviews). We don’t promise numbers: Motiv8 is a visibility channel, not a guarantee of demand. What we do guarantee is that you pay nothing until you have confirmed bookings, so trying it is risk-free.
The student pays a €0.50 service fee per booking (waived when using the Motiv8 wallet). On your side, the only deduction is the 15% commission. No hidden fees on your earnings.
No. In subscription models, the platform decides how much you receive per visit. On Motiv8, you set the price of each class and receive that amount, minus the 15% commission. The student pays your price, not a monthly fee to us. More control, more margin, no middleman on your pricing.
No. Responsibility for the sessions lies with the trainer and the client. We always recommend that sessions are carried out safely and adjusted to each person’s fitness level. This is also why the activity legally requires its own insurance.
The app works throughout Portugal and our partner network is growing city by city, starting with Coimbra. If you’re in a city we’re just arriving in, even better: the first partners in each city get featured placement in the app at launch.
